Click here.

Hmmm, maybe I'll consider staying.

Whew!

There was so much going on last weekend I almost soiled myself. But I didn't. Here's a small fraction of the action.

Deerhoof was awesome.

As was the robot museum!

The next few months are going to be super busy. My Mom and lovely Aunt are paying me a visit at then end of March, and I will be heading to the west coast, a.k.a. Tha Best Coast, to see The Kyle Davis as well. What better birthday present could I give to myself?

For those of you who didn't believe me, click here.

I will totally open my own franchise. Who wants to be a bazillionaire with me?

And this is just awesome.

Workin' it.

So I'm coming home in March and looking for jobs online. It's pretty much terrible, but that's the working world for you. Actually I don't know because on an average day, my working world is eating candy from my stocking while reading online interviews with Bill Stevenson.

Jobs I have applied for:

* Refugee placement coordinator
* Museum curator/educator
* Communications coordinator for after school girls program
* Art teacher for a company called, and I wish I was kidding, Abrakadoodle
* Executive Assistant to CEO of Girl Scouts
* Writer/Copy editor for a mystery East Georgia newspaper
* Exchange Program Coordinator

A few follow up e-mails, but nothing so much yet. Here's my motivation.

I'm gonna need some Aquanet.

the past month

Home was fun. I have a few pictures. Please enjoy.

Nagoya airport.

My introduction to home-nachos belle grande.

Our new cat. She beats up the dog.

Barbeque doesn't exist here yet, so I ate it at home.

I'm not even going into all the New Years shenanigans. Not even. Let's just say that Jayne and I managed to salvage the evening and enjoy ourselves. It ain't easy keeping your cool when hippies steal all of the provided parking spots and a bum scams you for 10 bucks.

The party we went to set off fireworks.

Then Jayne decided to work out.

Yeah!

I've been gone about a week now and I'm back in the swing of things here. Trying to apply for jobs, tie up lose ends and enjoy what Japan has to offer for the next two months. Stuff like this.
