Last night I had a series of horrible, gross dreams. In one I was eating McDonald's by a moldy old pool in the middle of a sorority rush.
This morning I was quickly revived by a new activity, Squiggles. I found it in an old book. You give the students some squiggly lines and they have to make a picture out of it as well as write an English sentence or two.
Here are the best ones!

Love the photos!
Do you reckon that activity would work at a high level Senior High School? Who knows...and who cares if the JTEs don't like it...I'm gonna try it next week!!!
Funnily enough, I was playing that game in 135s last Friday night...first time in about 20 years!
the dude on the toilet = teh awesomez.
Better English than most Americans.
Serious question.
In the Japanese language, is there not a concept of the article "a"? I notice that most of these, as well as most Japanese people I've spoken with (which admittedly is not a lot), omit the word completely. "This is bird" instead of "This is a bird", and so forth.
Still, these are more coherent than most of the emails I get at work. Amusing that little schoolchildren who barely speak English, can still write English better than grown, professional Americans.
this is good stuff... really good stuff.
